By accessing our Site or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility

2. Products and Services

We sell socks, apparel, accessories, and related products through our online store.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

5. VIP Membership Program

VIP Membership Benefits

Live Love Sockies offers an optional VIP Membership Program that provides eligible members with discounts and promotional benefits, including up to 90% off select products and offers, subject to exclusions and availability.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or assigned.

Free Trial

New members may enroll in a 14-day free trial of the VIP Membership Program.

No membership fee is charged during the trial period.

Automatic Renewal and Billing

Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, the VIP Membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Upon conversion, members authorize Live Love Sockies to charge the payment method on file $29.99 per month on a recurring basis until canceled.

Membership fees are billed automatically every month.

By enrolling, you expressly consent to recurring billing and automatic renewal.

Cancellation

Members may cancel their VIP Membership at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must occur before the next renewal date.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but will not result in refunds for previously billed membership fees except where required by law.

Membership Changes

We reserve the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, promotional offers, or program terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Abuse of Membership Benefits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a member has abused discounts, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated these Terms.

6. Shipping

Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policies.

8. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVE LOVE SOCKIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
