Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

Live Love Sockies is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

If your package appears lost, delayed, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  2. Notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  3. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue whenever possible.

Live Love Sockies is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
